Late Update: Publication Confirmed — Collateral Death Now Available Worldwide

Following a period of limited public communication, the Bellwick Council wishes to provide a consolidated update regarding the status of the Percival Hoover Documentation Project.

Over the past several weeks, project activity has been focused on final production processes, including formatting, distribution setup, and coordination with external publishing platforms. These requirements resulted in a temporary pause in regular website updates. We appreciate the public’s understanding.

We are now in a position to confirm that Collateral Death has been officially released and is available worldwide via Amazon.

The publication is currently offered in the following formats:

This milestone concludes the documentation and production phase initiated earlier this year and reflects the combined efforts of the Council, the appointed author, and Detective Hoover.
