Public Notice: Draft Completed – Review Process Commencing

By BELLWICK COUNCIL COMMUNICATIONS OFFICE and PERCIVAL HOOVER |

After seven months of sustained collaboration, the Bellwick Council is pleased to announce that the initial manuscript of Collateral Death has reached draft completion.
This milestone marks a significant achievement in the Council’s ongoing effort to deliver a transparent and culturally relevant British noir mystery to the public.

The project — part of the Bellwick Psychological Crime Initiative — represents the first officially sanctioned collaboration between a corgi detective and a civilian author.
Together, they have produced a manuscript that combines procedural accuracy with the tone and structure of a psychological thriller set in the north of England.

The next stage will involve internal review, fact verification, and stylistic refinement under the joint supervision of the appointed author, Mr J. Kushley, and Detective Hoover himself.
In accordance with the renewed terms of his Species License of Conditional Civic Operability, Detective Hoover will be required to participate in all editorial sessions.

The Council remains confident that the review phase will proceed in a spirit of cooperation and shared commitment to investigative clarity.
