As the Hoover Documentation Project enters the final review and correction phase, the Council has authorised early distribution of the project’s metadata to major retailers. As a result, the Collateral Death e-book edition is now officially listed and available for pre-order on Amazon in all supported regions.

This listing does not indicate the completion of the text; rather, it reflects the Council’s decision to align publication logistics with the ongoing review schedule. Further updates regarding print editions and regional availability will be provided once procedural checks are completed.
